I was told they use compatible parts for service as used by audi but No. oil wasn’t right filter wasn’t right. Oil filter was cheap quality. And guess what after few days emission light poped up which never happend before as i had car for 4 years. I have to take my car to audi for full service spent £338. Emission light switched on because of wrong stuff they used especially bcoz of air filter sending too much air in the engine. Stay away from these cow boys.
